In what’s been a 15-year battle, cost millions of dollars, and all the original parties already dead – it looks like the case between Anna Nicole and her Billionaire husbands estate has been settled.

Remember back in the 90’s when a 20-something Anna Nicole married an 89-year old Billionaire?  Well, he died a year later and she tried to collect $300 million from his billion dollar estate. 

Then the Billionaire’s son steps in to stop her, taking her to court.  A few years later Nicole’s son dies, then a year later, the Billionaire’s Son dies, then Anna Nicole dies, but the case kept pushing through the courts, going all the way to the top – The Supreme Court.  They kicked it back down to the lower courts – which have finally ruled – Nicole’s Team Lost.
So this should be the end right? 

Well — maybe… Nicole’s Team could sent it back to the Supreme Court, but what’s the point?  From their point of view, they want to secure money for Nicole’s 3-year old daughter, which was fathered by photographer Larry Birkhead.

It’s strange that this case has gone on for so long, seeing how everyone has died already. But that’s the way of the white trash Gold Digger – even in death they won’t go away.

Lady Gaga publicly responded to the lawsuit filed against her last week. She calls the claims of ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari – ‘ludicrous.’ Fusari is suing Gaga, saying that he has not been compensated for co-writing the songs “Paparazzi” and “Beautiful, Dirty, Rich.” He’s also claiming that he came up with Gaga’s stage name. Lady Gaga claims that he is just bitter, because she ditched him when her career took off.

Kate Winslet and her husband are divorcing after 7 years of marriage. Things seem to have started falling apart when the two worked together on their new film Revolutionary Road. Sources say the strain was too much on the marriage and each, as an individual that they no longer get along.

“Thank you for directing this film, babe, and thank you for killing us every single day and really enjoying us actually being in such horrific pain,” she said. “But I can honestly say with my hand on my heart that I loved every second of working with you and it’s made me love you more.”
